We put the cream cheese at room temperature in a bowl and mix it until it becomes frothy.
Then add the sugar, salt and mix well. Then add the flour and finally the cream.
After the cream is well incorporated, add one egg at a time, mixing well after each one.
In a round tray lined with baking paper and a little oil, place the sheet of dough, then pour the cheese composition.

Strawberry Sauce: Wash the strawberries and cut them into cubes.
Put them in a saucepan, add the sugar over them and let them simmer until you get a sauce.
I put sauce on each piece of cheesecake.
