Then add a piece of celery, 2-3 carrots, a parsnip, a bunch of parsley, a gully, three peppercorns and continue to boil. When the vegetables are cooked, take the chicken out of the pot, cut it and put it back in the soup.

* Shock drink *
Shorten the virus: according to a study conducted at the University of Jerusalem, the shock extract makes the cold go away three to four days faster and can even fight the flu. Black beans contain a lot of vitamin C and iron, essential components for the system
immune. Recipe for a hot shock drink: half a liter of shock juice is mixed in half a liter of water and boiled well. Season with two cloves, a cinnamon stick, as well as the juice and grated peel of a fresh orange. Sweeten with honey.

* Don't forget the ginger *
Breathing aid: Traditional Chinese medicine teaches that green chives and ginger act on the lungs, normalizing breathing. Boil 15 g of fresh ginger, along with 120 g of pears. Beat two eggs and mix them in the hot paste. It is eaten in the evening, before bed.

* Poultices with various additives *

* Gargle with aloe juice *
If you do not have a pain, but rather an embarrassment in the throat, it can be stopped with the following procedure: every hour, gargle with juice or undiluted aloe gel, which you can buy from pharmacies or at health food stores. The active substance contained in aloe leaves soothes the mucous membranes and reduces inflammation.
Caution: do not swallow the liquid you are gargling with, as it may have a laxative effect.

* Beets and horseradish at a great price *
Release clogged sinuses: drink 1/4 l of beetroot juice daily, eating 20 g of grated horseradish right then. The betanin pigment, contained in beets, helps to release bacteria attached to the mucous membranes. Horseradish volatile oils neutralize germs.

Day 3: How do you feel: Do your muscles and bones ache, are you hoarse, do you have a stuffy nose? What to do: Stay in bed, don't go to work. Take aromatic inhalations every three hours to release nasal secretions. Also every three hours, gargle. Talk as little as possible, save your vocal cords.
Day 4: How do you feel: Now your nose is running full and you start a dry cough? What to do: Stay in bed, eat something light (for example a chicken soup). To keep the nasal mucosa moist, use salt water. Against cough, suck candy with sugar (sugar disinfects). In the evening, apply a cold ointment to your chest.
Day 5: How you feel: You no longer have a fever, and the cough has almost disappeared. But the cough gets stronger. What to do: Drink plenty of fluids, preferably herbal teas.
