Shrimp meat is high in protein and low in fat, which makes it an extremely consistent food. I really like shrimp and I prepare this recipe very often, especially since it is made in two steps and three movements.
- 100 g fresh shrimp
- 4-5 ripe tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 green onions or a small dried onion
- a handful of spaghetti
- salt and pepper
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Pasta with shrimp in tomato sauce:
Wash the shrimp and lightly cut on the entire outer surface then fry in a little oil.
When they become pink, add the finely chopped garlic and onion, season with salt and pepper and lightly sauté the onion.
Add the peeled and mashed tomatoes and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package, drain the water and mix with the tomato sauce. At the end, add the finely chopped basil and serve hot.
