How to make rosemary focaccia
In a large bowl, mix your flours
Make a hole in the center and add a mashed boiled potato, salt and oil
Start kneading by gradually adding the water with the dissolved yeast inside
Knead until you get a soft, almost sticky dough, then form a ball and leave to rise covered with a cloth for 1 hour
Roll out the dough with your hands in a well oiled mold
Mix the water with the oil, coarse salt and rosemary in a glass
