The recipe for the honey brioche is by Antonella valenza, a girl I met on the Facebook group of Misya, has been a big hit on the web for months and everyone had really tried it, except me :) The recipe for this brioche, unlike many other catchphrases, it had attracted me immediately also because I love honey, but in the past I didn't have much feeling with sweet leavened products like brioche and, for fear of a flop, I had postponed the experiment. Finally then in the last few months I have unlocked and decided to try the recipe, so I tasted an excellent honey brioche, try it because it's really worth it. Method
How to make honey brioche
Dissolve the yeast in the bowl with the milk at room temperature, then add the honey and vanilla and mix
Add 3/4 of the flour and sugar
