Sea gateau recipe of of 04-10-2018 [Updated on 04-10-2018]
Did you know that the famous potato gateau had a cousin? And the sea gateau! Less known than the first, the sea potato gateau is a tasty and rich single dish where the mashed potatoes meet the seafood and the smoked cheese. I discovered this variant a short time ago here, browsing through the various proposals on the web and it immediately intrigued me.
Said and done, I armed myself with all the ingredients and I got to work and the result was really great, all the flavors blend perfectly with each other giving the dish a truly intigrating taste :)
Girls I don't know if you are seeing the small changes I am making on the site, I am trying to make user-side navigability easier and I hope you are enjoying it. There is also a Misya app in the pipeline, who knows if I'll be able to publish it by the end of the year. Well, I greet you and I get to work, I have a thousand ideas that are whirling in my mind this morning. Enjoy the recipe for this sea gateau and have a good day: *

Method
How to make a sea gateau
Boil the potatoes in abundant boiling salted water for about 40 minutes.
Peel them then mash them with a potato masher and collect the puree in a bowl.
Add salt, pepper, eggs and mix.
Clean the seafood thoroughly.
Put them in a pan with a drizzle of oil and garlic and close with a lid.
As soon as all the shells have opened, turn off the flame.
Remove the fruits from the shells and add them to the potatoes with a little water from their cooking.
Now put the smoked cheese cut into small pieces, the pecorino and the parsley.
Transfer everything into a greased baking dish sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
Level the surface, cover with more breadcrumbs and flakes of butter.
Bake in the oven at 190 ° C for 30 minutes, then let it cool down for 15 minutes.
Your seafood gateau is ready to be brought to the table.
