This is the variant of the most famous fast bread, a recipe that I posted some time ago and that you loved, several times you asked me if a version with wholemeal flour was possible, so, I tried it for you, and here it is. If you want to prepare bread at home for lunch and start now, you will bring warm lime loaves to the table, arm yourself with flour, bowl and a wooden spoon and go! How to make quick wholemeal bread
Dissolve the yeast, together with the malt, in 50 ml of water taken from the total.
Put the two types of flour in a bowl and mix, then make a hole in the center and put the dissolved yeast and the remaining water, and start mixing with a wooden spoon.
Add the salt and mix to make it absorb into the dough which will be grainy, soft and sticky.
Dust the surface with plenty of flour and let it rise, covered, for an hour and a half.
With the help of a spatula, transfer the dough onto the baking tray lined with parchment paper and well floured, making sure that the floured side is facing up.
Divide into three parts
and form some loaves.
Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 230 ° and bake for about 25 minutes.
