Lamb with peas is the classic second course that is brought to the table on Easter day together with roast kid with potatoes. This year my parents came to my house for lunch to celebrate and despite not eating lamb or kid, I prepared this dish for my father who is an admirer. I cooked the lamb with peas according to tradition then with the addition of beaten egg and pecorino at the end of cooking and according to him it was delicious :) Even though Easter is now over, I still posted the recipe, hoping that it will still be useful to someone now or next year hihihiih Now I run away that as usual I'm in a hurry, I wish you a good day, kisses: *

Method

How to make lamb with peas

Wash the lamb and cut it into pieces of the same size
In a large pan, sauté the onion cut into slices with the oil. Add the lamb pieces and brown them for ten minutes on both sides

Season with salt and pepper and deglaze with the white wine, add the peas, a ladle of water.

Cover and cook for about 40 minutes

Turn off the heat and add a beaten egg to the kid with the peas and add some pecorino.

Stir quickly then serve your lamb with the peas
