  • 1 chicken breast
  • 10 large sprigs of green onions
  • 5 large cloves of green garlic
  • 1 link green dill
  • 300 ml tomato juice

RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken breast stew:

-cut the chicken breast into cubes and brown it in a few tablespoons of oil; when the meat has taken on a beautiful, golden color, we put approx. 200 ml. of water and let it boil over low heat;

-cut the onion and green garlic into pieces about the size of a index finger and heat them in a little oil; then we put them over the meat;

-add the tomato juice, and let it boil until the sauce decreases and the meat is done;

-at the end we add the finely chopped dill, finely chopped, and we match the taste of salt and pepper and the chicken stew is ready!

1. Chicken breast in baking paper

The meat is very juicy and very tasty! Plus, it only takes 10 minutes to get ready. You can prepare the breast for salads or as an appetizer, it is tasty with any garnish.



1. Cut the chicken breast lengthwise into several slices and beat them lightly with a kitchen hammer.

1. Melt the butter in the pan and add the chicken breast.

2. Fry the meat for 5 minutes, then turn it on the other side, cover the pan with a lid and cook the meat for another 8-10 minutes on low heat until it is ready.

3. Remove the chicken breast from the plate and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.

The meat boils in butter and is very juicy, but not fat at all. Serve with any garnish. And salads with meat prepared this way are tastier than boiled breast.
