In a bowl, mix the minced meat, rice, eggs, finely chopped onion, greens, salt and pepper.

With my hand slightly moistened with water, I formed the meatballs, a little bigger than the soup meatballs.

We added about 1.5 liters of hot water and a pinch of salt to the Teflon pot, we pressed the MENU button and selected the STEW program, then we pressed the COOKING TIME button and the time was 30 minutes.

I added the meatballs in the water and pressed the START button.

After finishing the program, I took out the meatballs on a plate and kept about 200 ml of the juice in which they cooked the meatballs.

After emptying the Teflon pot, I added finely chopped onion, chopped garlic and oil, sprinkled salt, ground pepper and a powder of sweet paprika.

I pressed MENU, I selected FRY, I pressed COOKING TIME and the time 5 min.

After 5 min. I quenched with 2 tablespoons of juice and I added sour cream homogenized with starch and 100ml of juice (slightly cooled).

I selected the STEW program and the time of 15 minutes, then I pressed START.

5 minutes before the end of the program, I added the meatballs and bay leaf, I tasted salt, ground pepper and nutmeg, I sprinkled chopped parsley on top.

After finishing the program, I disconnected the appliance and served immediately.
