The first time I prepared the filling. I cleaned and finely chopped the onion and garlic, I hardened them in butter in a deeper pan, I added the minced meat and I let it fry a little, I then put the paprika, salt, pepper, thyme and I poured about 100 ml of water and I boiled the composition until the liquid dropped. From the flour, eggs, salt and milk I made the pancake dough. At the end I added a little mineral water. Sometimes I make them only with mineral water, without milk. I let the dough rest for about 15 minutes. I baked them in a non-stick pan, occasionally adding a little oil, usually when they were baked on one side, peeling off the edge and putting a little oil then turning them over.

I filled the pancakes, built them in a heat-resistant dish, put a few thin slices of butter on top and put them in the oven for 15 minutes.

For the sauce, I hardened the onion, the finely chopped pepper, the diced tomato, with salt, pepper and bio, when everything softened, I poured the whipped cream, I boiled it, I crushed it with the blender and then I passed the sauce through a sieve. I served it hot, next to pancakes.



Whole eggs are broken in a bowl and beat well with salt. Add all the flour and mix well with a whisk or mixer, then gradually add milk and water until the composition gets the texture of a thick cream.

Preheat the oven. Peel the onion and garlic and chop finely. Mix them with minced beef, nutmeg, salt and pepper, oil and put everything in an oven tray for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to cook evenly.

How to prepare Brasov pancakes traditional recipe

I prepared the pancakes as described in detail in this recipe. I beat whole eggs with the mixer and a pinch of salt. I added flour and oil (instead of the melted butter that appears in the pancake recipe) and diluted everything with cold milk and a little mineral water. I let the dough rest for about 30 minutes before frying the pancakes. Then I fried 7-8 pancakes in a 25 cm pan greased with a little oil. I set them aside until I also prepared the filling.

I cleaned and finely chopped the onion. I sliced ​​the mushrooms and grated the cheese (50 g) on ​​a large grater.

I heated a large frying pan without oil and with higher walls. I fried the minced meat over high heat to leave the fat and water. I mixed with a spatula until each minced meat granule browned slightly. If you use lean beef, chicken or lamb you will need to add 1-2 tablespoons of oil while the meat is hardening.

I added chopped onion and a pinch of salt and freshly ground mosaic pepper. I also hardened the onion with the meat for a few minutes. I also added the washed and sliced ​​mushrooms.

Put the oil and onion in a saucepan. Saute for about five minutes, stirring occasionally
when in it. Then add the meat and season with salt and pepper. Cook the meat with the onion for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

When the meat is cooked, add the chopped green parsley and mushrooms and mix everything well.

When the pancake filling is cold, add the egg and mix it well.

We start filling the pancakes. We take a pancake, put a spoonful of the filling and a
we pack according to preference. We do the same until we finish all the filling.

Ingredients for frying pancakes:
350 grams of breadcrumbs
