If this morning's Nike travel video inspired you to do some exploring, here's something that might be worth thinking about.

Pei Wei's Asian Diner, an offshoot of P.F. Chang's, is drumming up some publicity by calling for videographers to apply for a 10-day trip to Thailand, Vietnam, and Singapore, following the restaurant's team as they eat and learn about local cuisine.

"The selected videographer will spend 10 days capturing the journey and earn $5,000 for the once-in-a-lifetime assignment," the press release says. The trip takes place this June, and if we didn't have a full-time job (and had our own snazzy video equipment), we'd be jumping for the spot. So unemployed video-geeks, freelancers, students, and travelers, get on it.
