Dough ingredients:

  • 160 gr wheat flour
  • 6 yolks

  • 125 gr cream cheese
  • 200 g sugar, 1.5 sachets of pudding powder
  • 10 eggs, 300 gr butter
  • 100 g prunes

Using the mixer, beat the butter with the sugar.Gradually add the yolks, and finally add the wheat flour sifted with baking powder.

Pour the dough obtained in a square tray (24 x 24 cm) greased with butter and sprinkled with flour.Now prepare the cheese filling.

Beat the butter with the sugar. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Gradually add the yolks and mix well.

Mix the cream cheese with the pudding powder and add it to the bowl with butter and eggs. Mix everything very well.

Beat the egg whites and add them to the cream cheese. Mix lightly with a spoon.At the end, add the prunes and pour the filling over the dough prepared at the beginning.Put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about an hour.

Beat the egg whites with the powdered sugar until you get a firm meringue.

After the cake has been in the oven for 50 minutes, take it out. Spread the meringue over the cake.Put the cake in the oven for another 10 minutes.

Let the cake cool, then cut it into slices and serve it with your loved ones. Good appetite and increase cooking!

An entire tray with Zwetschgendatschi disappears in our house in a few hours, which is a great thing.
2-3 pieces of cake can replace the evening meal, e.g.
I'm not saying it's very easy to make and it's quite dietary, it contains little fat.
It tastes best when it is warm, so the leftovers that cool are good to be heated in the oven before being served.

350 g white flour
1 old socket
1 salt outlet
yeast for 500 g flour (either fresh or dried, in an envelope)
125 ml of warm milk
1 egg at room temperature
50 g soft butter
grated peel from a chemically untreated lemon
1 1/2 - 2 kg plums

100 g of sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar or marrow from 1/2 vanilla pod
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix all the ingredients for the dough if you use dry yeast. If you use fresh yeast, make a mayo for the first time by dissolving the yeast in a little sweetened milk. Knead until it is no longer sticky and leave to rise for 30 minutes (best in the oven heated to 50 ° C). When it is grown, it stretches with the twister until it is the size of a stove tray. Put it on a tray covered with baking paper, pull the edges up (otherwise the juice coming out of the plum will get under the dough).
Wash the plums, halve them and remove the seeds. Whoever wants can cut them into quarters. They are placed as in the picture, with the core facing up.

Place the pan in the preheated oven (190 & # 176C) for 35 minutes.
Mix the sugar with the vanilla and cinnamon.
Sprinkle each piece of cake well with the sugar mixture.

7. In the cottage cheese add the rest of the sugar, a little salt, starch, sour cream and the 5 eggs.


8. Cut the plums in half, remove the seeds and add them to the cheese composition which will then be poured over the dough.


9. Level the composition then place the tray in the oven for 55 minutes.


Cheese filling:

  • 500 gr Quark cheese
  • 50 gr soft butter
  • 120 gr sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 30 gr starch
  • grated peel of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 9-10 plums
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Put all the ingredients, except the eggs, and mix lightly. Add one egg at a time and mix only until incorporated.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.

We spread the dough by hand in a tray greased with a little oil and powdered with flour. Then pour the cheese, and carefully place the plum halves on top. Sprinkle a little cinnamon mixed with sugar on top of each plum. Bake for 50-55 minutes until it starts to brown on the edges. Then let it cool. Enjoy!

4 eggs

1 sachet baking powder (10 g)
50 ml milk

Cream:
250 g cow's cheese (I used Milli fat cheese)
100 g of sugar
2 egg whites

Decor:
3-4 lg powdered sugar

Method of preparation :
countertop : in a bowl, mix the egg whites, add the sugar gradually, the yolks one by one, the milk, and at the end the flour mixed with the baking powder. Pour into the rectangular tray (24 * 36 cm), in which I placed baking paper.

Set aside and prepare the cream.

Wash the plums, break them in 2 and remove the seeds. We wipe off the excess water from the plums with a paper towel.

Cream : mix the egg whites with hard foam, add 50 g of sugar and set aside.
Separately, in another bowl mix the cottage cheese with 50 g of sugar. We mix the 2 compositions with a spoon, by inverting, from the bottom up.

We spread this cream with a spoon over the countertop in the tray.

Place half of the plums on top from place to place, then sprinkle the 2 tablespoons of sugar over them.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Let it cool, sprinkle powdered sugar on top, cut with a knife soaked in hot water and serve.

Ingredient:
2 large apples
7-8 plums
4 eggs
100 g sugar cough
150 g flour
3 tablespoons milk
75 ml of sunflower oil
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
a teaspoon of ground cinnamon
two tablespoons powdered sugar

Method of preparation
We peel the apples, remove the spine, then cut them into thin slices.
We wash the plums well, break them in half and remove the seeds!
Beat the foam eggs, add the caster sugar and beat for another 3-4 minutes, then pour the oil and milk.
Homogenize well.
The sifted flour is mixed with baking powder and baking soda, then added over beaten eggs.
