It is an appetizer that you can use on different occasions and it is much better than lamb, in my opinion.

  • 500 g chicken liver
  • 4 pieces of chicken upper legs
  • 2 eggs
  • an onion
  • 5-6 cloves of garlic
  • a bunch of parsley and a dill
  • thyme, salt, pepper to taste

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes


Boil the chicken liver in a bowl and the thighs in another bowl. I threw the first water at each vessel. When they penetrate easily with a fork, they are ready. Remove the skin from the thighs and remove the meat from the bone. Let the liver and meat cool and then chop them finely with a knife or food processor.

Add in the composition eggs, finely chopped onion and garlic, all greens and spices. Shape the dough into aluminum foil and place it in a cake pan.

Leave in the oven for about 40 minutes on low heat. 15 minutes before the end, remove the aluminum foil above the drum to get a brown color.
